Company culture is massively important to us. We are an incredibly open and inclusive company and encourage input from all members of staff. We value all of our employees and strive to create an environment where everyone feels valued. One way we do this is through monthly meetings where we discuss all important topics from health and safety to future innovation.
We understand employees are people with a home life too, this is why we provide childcare voucher schemes to help working parents save money on childcare via reduced tax and national insurance contributions. Our holiday entitlement starts at 20 days plus bank holidays, this then rises to 25 days with longevity of service. Our employees can rest easy knowing if the worst happens we have life assurance in place. We have opportunities for overtime where we cover any travel expenses, pay a favourable mileage rate & pay for any parking or congestion charges where use of your own vehicle for work is required.
