    Construction Line (Level 3 Gold Member)

    As Level 3 Gold members, Construction Line conduct a number of further validation checks that we know are of interest to many of our buyers, using an enhanced prequalification questionnaire that goes beyond PAS91. Terrain Surveys’ credentials for environmental management, quality management, equal opportunities, modern slavery act adherence and anti-bribery and corruption policies. Some of these policies form part of the Cabinet Office Selection Questionnaire (SQ), which the public sector is expected to comply with. As well as enhanced prequalification, all Gold members are assessed for SSIP.

ICES will SUPPORT you and your company within the civil engineering industry in developing and demonstrating your professional competence. We understand the civil engineering industry and are FLEXIBLE in our approach, ensuring you achieve your goals.

    The Survey Association

    The Survey Association, known generally as TSA, provide assurance that the member companies include well qualified professionals who can work alongside you to help your project run smoothly. TSA runs its own modular training course aimed at improving the skills and knowledge of practising surveyors. It provides free seminars to improve business skills, arranges industry discussion days twice a year to look at new and emerging technologies and issues affecting the survey industry, supports supplier events such as manufacturer roadshows and sponsors industry exhibitions. There are supplier members of TSA who will readily offer advice on specific technologies if you have particular requirements. In 2008 TSA introduced a voluntary scheme for Full and Associate members aimed at encouraging members to continue to educate and develop both their staff and their organisation.

    ‘CSCS is the leading certification card scheme for individuals working in the built environment. Holding a CSCS card confirms a site worker has the required qualifications and training to carry out the work for which they are employed on a construction site.’ Terrain Surveys staff all hold CSCS cards if their role means they regularly visit sites.

    The Acclaim Accreditation is the health and safety accreditation service provided by Supplier Assessment Services. As an SSIP members scheme, Acclaim Accreditation supports the objectives of SSIP (Safety Schemes In Procurement) to improve health and safety standards across the UK and reduce duplication of paperwork in procurement.
