Scan to BIM (“Building Information Modelling”) is the process of converting precise 3D laser-scan data – known as a point cloud – into a smart digital model of a building or site.
Using high-resolution terrestrial laser scanners, our surveyors capture every visible element with high-levels of accuracy. The data is then transformed into a BIM model that architects, engineers and contractors can use for design, coordination, refurbishment or facilities management.
