With over 8 years experience producing BIM ready 3D Revit survey models of existing buildings and site topography, Terrain Surveys have developed a dedicated team to produce high quality survey models in-house. This includes an experienced team of surveyors to capture pointcloud data at your building or site using 3D laser scanning.

Working closely with our clients we understand the information that you require and our model data is managed carefully, working to the BS1192 standard. Model files are set up for ease of use, working to an agreed coordinate system and family content modelled correctly with minimal use of in place families. All Revit models are subject to stringent quality assurance checking procedures prior to issue.

If you would like to discuss a potential project and do not have a suitable brief, we have developed an in-house Revit specification, which clearly defines the scope of the model to be delivered as well as the different levels of detail (LOD) that we offer. The level of detail is dependent on your project requirements, starting at LOD0 for building massing and rights of lights models to LOD3 for comprehensive detailed models including all architectural features.
