Since September 2007, I joined as a senior surveyor. My role entails carrying out large measured building surveys, setting out, project managing and overseeing large scale topographical surveys. I am also involved in training new starters and junior surveyors, including survey theory, using survey equipment and survey software.
What is your favourite thing about working in your chosen job role?
Seeing people develop and become excellent surveyors, many gaining college and degree level qualifications.
What do you love to do when you’re not at work?
I play 6 aside football once a week, go to the gym, play video games, read and act as a taxi service to my youngest daughter.
