Stevenage Town Centre is undergoing an ambitious £350m redevelopment plan, which will bring new shops, bars, restaurants and homes. Measured surveys were required to aid the improvement plans to the public spaces.
Survey Brief
We were commissioned by Stevenage Borough Council to provide a 3D topographical survey with a series of building elevations.
Key Facts
- A comprehensive survey schedule was provided to the council and the survey work progressed with minimal disruption to the busy shopping centre.
- The survey was completed using a combination of 3D laser scanning and traditional topographical survey methods.
- A detailed topographical survey was produced of the central square and shopping malls together with the surrounding building elevations.
