As 2025 draws to a close, we’re taking a moment to look back at the projects, partnerships, and places that defined our year. North Berwick Harbour – Surveying on the Scottish Coastline
We kicked off the year with a spectacular coastal project at North Berwick Harbour, carrying out a detailed topographical survey in a location where tides, tricky terrain, and coastal weather kept us on our toes.
This survey supported essential regeneration planning around this much-loved historic harbour.
Guy’s Hospital (London) – Precision in a High-Security, High-Traffic Environment
Our measured building survey at Guy’s Hospital, just steps from The Shard, required immaculate coordination. Working in a live clinical environment — while ensuring minimal disruption to patients, staff, and hospital operations — showcased our team’s professionalism and experience.
The resulting 2D and 3D deliverables are now helping to inform long-term refurbishment and expansion planning.
Golf Links Estate, Southall – Supporting Major Housing Regeneration
Working on behalf of the London Borough of Ealing, we delivered topographical and measured surveys for the Golf Links Estate as part of a large-scale community redevelopment scheme.
Accurate data was crucial for planning improvements to housing, public spaces, and essential infrastructure.
Garrick Theatre, Lichfield – Capturing Heritage in High Detail
This beautifully restored historic theatre required a highly detailed measured building survey to support conservation and future development.
Our team captured every balcony curve, every ornate feature, and every backstage space to produce accurate drawings for ongoing restoration planning.
Oxford Harlequins Rugby Club – Utility Surveys for Major Ground Improvements
As part of the club’s modernisation and facilities upgrade, we carried out PAS128 underground utility surveys and drainage investigations.
Our findings ensured safe excavation and informed the layout of new infrastructure.
